As a National Operator
STEP 1: Receive an email from Green Flag Platform “Super Admin”
STEP 2: Sign-in into the platform. You can invite your other team members too
STEP 3: Receive an automated email that a new Eco-School in your country has registered
STEP 4: Approve or decline their registration
STEP 5: View impact data at the click of a button
STEP 6: View, comment, assess & edit Green Flag applications
STEP 7: Assign auditors to verify Green Flag applications
STEP 8: Suggest improvements needed for the Eco-School
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
FAQ 1: How do I upload data from schools I already work with?
Share the registration link with schools; they fill out their data. National Operators approve registrations (≈5 minutes).
FAQ 2: How do I translate the platform?
Email Programme-M&E Manager, Shimon Ginzburg to request access the translation portal. Two options:
Option 1: Automatic translation, then manually review and correct questions, commands, and labels.
Option 2: Review and confirm translations question by question.
FAQ 3: My country has more than one language, how will that work?
Schools can choose their preferred language. For example, Switzerland can offer Italian, German, and French versions of the platform and each school chooses their preferred option.
FAQ 4: What changes can I make as a National Operator?
As a national operator, it is important that you can make changes that reflect the specific context of your county and schools. Therefore you can add questions for the registration, you can add more requirements for their application and you can also disable questions. Nevertheless, to be able to maintain standardised performance indications, those changes will not be reflected in the point distributions

The first 50 schools per country are free of annual fees. Considering your countries capacity and GDP, the onetime onboarding fees and annual fees after 50 schools change:
